Do all prints come framed?

Yes! Unlike other personalised print companies, all of our prices are for the personalised print and frame. Just pick what type of frame you want before checkout.

How much can i personalise? 

Depending on what print, we can personalise more for you, not just the text. If you have colour preferences as well then simply add them in to the 'add note to seller' section at checkout

Can i change my print after Completing the order?

Yes! we will only produce your print once you are 100% happy. Amendments can be sent to us within 24 hours of a completed order. Simply fill in the sites contact form or email us at: [email protected]

Where is my item??

Please allow up to 7 days for your item to arrive before contacting us. If it has been over 7 days then simple email us at [email protected] quoting your order number.

What if it turns up damaged?

It is very rare that this will happen, but in such a case merely email us at: twelve [email protected] and we will get another dispatched for you.

Why am i not receiving your emails?

In rare cases some of our emails will appear in your junk folder, so when a query has been placed and you are awaiting a reply then please be sure to check your junk email folder.
